Agreement between user and Style Therapi Accessories Boutique
Welcome to Style Therapi Accessories Boutique. The Style Therapi Accessories Boutique website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Style Therapi Accessories Boutique (“StyleTherap.com”) Style Therapi Accessories Boutique is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of StyleTherapi.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Privacy
Your use of StyleTherapi.com is subject to Style Therapi Accessories Boutique’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications
Visiting Style Therapi Accessories Boutique or sending emails to Style Therapi Accessories Boutique constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via emails and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Shipping Policy
All orders take 1 to 3 business days to process before being shipped out.

Shipping Address
We will not send orders placed with a P.O. Box as either billing address or shipping address. Both addresses must be a complete address. Billing address MUST be the same for the card being used. If shipping address is an alternative address, customers will be contacted to confirm shipping address. If phone number provided is invalid your order will be cancelled! We must get in contact with whom is making the purchase.

Restrictions
If you are under 18, you may use Style Therapi Accessories Boutique only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Use of communication services
The Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, new groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other messages or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Style Therapi Accessories Boutique from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Indemnification

Relationship
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exist between you and Style Therapi Accessories Boutique as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Style Therapi Accessories Boutique’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Style Therapi Accessories Boutique’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement request or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Style Therapi Accessories Boutique with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Sales Policy
Style Therapi Accessories Boutique does not accept returns nor process refunds at any time. Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase confirmation only. Once an order ships the customer is liable for the purchase and therefore cannot return items or receive a refund. Customers must contact Style Therapi Accessories Boutique at [email protected] as soon as possible to notify of the order cancellation. Once customers receive USPS tracking information no cancellation or refund will be honored.


Style Therapi Accessories Boutique does not offer exchanges.


Credit will be issued in the same manner as the original order was placed.


All purchases made with partial or full gift cards are final sale. No Exceptions.


Any items that are on backorder will be processed for payment. Notification of backorder status will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Customer must notify us immediately in order to cancel any backordered items from their order. Credit will be given in the form of a Style Therapi gift card.


Customer will be notified of out of stock items after payment has been processed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Customer will receive a Style Therapi gift card less any taxes and shipping charges unless the entire order is out of stock, in which case a gift card for the full purchase price will be given.


Any lost or missing packages must go through the USPS claim process successfully in order to receive a refund. Refunds due to lost or missing packages will receive store credit only in the form of a gift card.

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At STYLE THERAPI ACCESSORIES BOUTIQUE, our main concern is to satisfy our customers with their orders; our team will do whatever we can do to ensure satisfaction!
